It's cold here in Texas, and a day that you would have liked to have just stayed inside where it was warm. However, we had made plans with friends for the day. And I am so glad, because there is nothing like having friends to share time with.
We picked up Jim and Ellie and drove up to the Winstar Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma, which is about an hour from here. We met Joe and Sherri there and enjoyed lunch a then spent a couple of hours in the casino. I don't think anyone was a big winner, but no one was a big looser either. We all just had a good time.
