All In A Day's Work

This morning we were up and ready to leave by 6:00 a.m. We had to drive 5 miles from Red Bay, Alabama to Belmont, Mississippi. That is were the paint facility is located. We arrived there about 6:20 and they were waiting on us. This is how our day played out.

Arrival at the Tiffin Paint Facility

Jackie, our paint specialist, is beginning to work his magic on our paint issues

Wrapping it in plastic to prepare to paint. There are 4 sections they have to repaint. Jackie located some as he was buffing

This is the door that was painted the wrong color

This is another section Jackie found that needed to be repainted

Painting the rear cap

Painting the stripe the correct color of brown

Removing the diamond shield to do some clean up

Now, we all knew that Mark was supervising this whole process

This is one of fifteen paint booths at the Belmont facility. This is where the original painting was done.

Jackie did a great job of addressing our concerns and correcting the mistakes. Tomorrow, we have to be back in Belmont at 6:00 for them to do a little more buffing from what they painted today.
