Happy New Year's Eve 2011

Can't tell you the last time we stayed up to see the New Year in, but last night we did.

The party was planned and

 

prepared for.  Now, we just needed

the people.  We arrived and Mark and Bob staked out a table, while Kathy was putting the last minute touches on her food tray.

Soon,

lots of folks begin to arrive.  There were lots of

hugs and

pictures taking going on.

It didn't take long until everyone had arrived and the

food table was full.  I am never quite sure how snacks turn into a spread like this.

Several decided to

move the party outside.

After dinner,

Richard, the designated DJ, really got the party started.

We had a great time

line dancing and

visiting...and before we knew it, it was

time to watch the ball drop in New York.

We all counted down

and

celebrated and welcomed in 2011.

We had a great evening with great friends who have become family.  And, we wish each of them and each of you a Happy and Blessed 2011.
